BuildingThe apartment is located in a residential tenement house for employees of the Wola Joint Stock Company, characterized by its unique architecture. The building was constructed in 1893 as a residential house for employees of the cotton spinning and dyeing factory established by Edward Heiman-Jarecki, according to a design by Jan Lilpop. The tenement was initially two stories high and had the form of an elongated block 50 meters long; in 1914, an additional floor and mansard were added. The facade is decorated with two shallow, three-axial risalits transitioning into the fourth-floor projections in the form of triangular gables with broken arms, all made of raw brick. The building was not destroyed during World War II.
The tenement, along with the old trees growing in the courtyard, has been entered into the register of monuments.
Legal statusSeparate ownership with a land and mortgage register. The land is regulated, and there are no encumbrances. When purchasing the apartment, it is possible to use a loan.
LocationThe undeniable advantage of this apartment is its location in the heart of close Wola. This location is highly desirable.
Full and rich infrastructure – numerous shops, service points, restaurants, post office, banks. The apartment is well connected, with quick and convenient access to every part of the city. Nearby are numerous public transport stops (trams, buses, the Płocka metro station within a few minutes' walk).
