The classicizing building has two wings that meet at a right angle. To the south, a rear wing adjoins this complex. Rich architectural detail was removed during the reconstruction after 1945. However, the decor of the staircase and the passage hall (medallions with allegories of elements, fine arts, music, and exact sciences) has been preserved.
