Zamosc, on July 15, 2025. ANNOUNCEMENT The President of the City of Zamosc announces the II oral unlimited auctions for the sale of undeveloped land properties owned by the City of Zamosc, located in Zamosc at Myśliwska Street. 1. For sale, in the mode of oral unlimited auction, are undeveloped land properties located in Zamosc at Myśliwska Street, marked in the land registry map with the following numbers: - 16/9, with an area of 1.3581 ha, - 16/18, with an area of 1.1874 ha. 2. For the aforementioned plots, the VI Department of Land and Mortgage Registers of the District Court in Zamosc maintains land and mortgage register no. ZA1Z/00087493/1. 3. The properties are not encumbered with rights, debts, or claims of third parties and there are no circumstances limiting their sale. 4. According to the applicable local spatial development plan of the City of Zamosc: - plot no. 16/9 is located in the area of multi-family residential development, - plot no. 16/18 is located in the area of service development. 5. The starting prices have been set as follows: - for plot no. 16/9 - 2,590,000.00 PLN (including VAT 23%), - for plot no. 16/18 - 2,350,000.00 PLN (including VAT 23%). 6. A deposit, separately for each property, in the amount of 10% of the starting price must be paid to the account of the City of Zamosc at Bank PKO BP O/Zamosc no. 74 1020 5356 0000 1102 0007 7768, by September 19, 2025. The deposit must be made in advance so that on September 19, 2025, it is credited to the City’s bank account, under the penalty of refusal to participate in the auction. 7. Before participating in the auction, it is necessary to present an identity document to the auction committee by the auction participant, and in the case of: - entities other than natural persons, submission of a current document indicating authorization to represent that entity, and if acting through a proxy, a power of attorney in the form of a notarial deed, - spouses for conducting auction activities, the presence of both or one of them is required, along with a written consent of the other spouse to participate in the auction for the paid acquisition of the property (does not apply to spouses acquiring the property for personal assets). The appropriate consent also applies to natural persons conducting business activities. - proxies of natural persons, except in the situations indicated above, submission of a power of attorney in the form of a notarial deed. 8. The auctions will take place at the City Hall of Zamosc - Town Hall, in the Consulatus room, on September 23, 2025: - for plot no. 16/9 - at 10:00, - for plot no. 16/18 - at 11:30. 9. The price of the property that the buyer will be obliged to pay will be determined at the price obtained as a result of the auction and will be due by the date of signing the notarial deed of sale. 10. The deposit paid by the person who wins the auction will be credited towards the purchase price of the property. The deposits of other persons will be returned within 3 days from the date of closing, cancellation, invalidation, or negative result of the auction. 11. The conclusion of the sale agreement for the property will take place in the form of a notarial deed, by October 23, 2025. 12. The withdrawal of the person who wins the auction from signing the notarial deed within the time specified in point 11 will result in the organizer of the auction withdrawing from concluding the agreement, with simultaneous forfeiture of the paid deposit. 13. The costs of the agreement transferring the ownership of the property shall be borne by the buyer. 14. Additional information can be obtained at the Department of Geodesy and Real Estate Management of the City Hall of Zamosc, ul. Kolłątaja 1, room 13, tel. 84 677-23-87, before the auction opens. 15. The announcement was posted on the notice board of the City Hall of Zamosc and published in the Public Information Bulletin of the City of Zamosc, and will also be placed in the nationwide press ("Gazeta Wyborcza") and in the press covering at least the county ("Tygodnik Zamojski"). 16. For these properties, this is the II auction (the I took place on May 20, 2025, and ended with a negative result). 17. The possibility of canceling the auctions for justified reasons is reserved.
