The Court Bailiff at the District Court in Minsk Mazowiecki Miroslaw Dziedzic informs based on art. 953 of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with art. 955 of the Code of Civil Procedure, that

at the District Court in Minsk Mazowiecki in room No. 3 will take place:

  SECOND AUCTION

1/5 share in the property. The property consists of plot No. 41/3 precinct 61. The plot is rectangular in shape close to a square with an area of 0.5974 ha, with a width of 70 m.

The plot is built with a two-story residential building with a building area of 532 m2, partially basement (the building is in poor technical and functional condition) and a single-story utility building with a building area of 97 m2 with a residential part built according to decision No. 613/A/95 dated 25-10-1995. The building was constructed between 1996-1998.

The plot is fenced. The area from the entrance to the residential and utility building is paved. The plot has access to electricity, gas, and water supply. The plot has its own local sewage system with a two-chamber sedimentation tank, and there is a possibility of connecting to the municipal sewage system. The property is located in Sulejowek, at ul. Konwaliowa has a land register established in the Land Registry Department of the District Court in Minsk Mazowiecki No. SI1M/000xxxx/4.

The estimated value of 1/5 share of the property is 879,456.00 PLN. The starting price in the above auction is: 2/3 of the estimated value, i.e. the amount of 586,304 PLN.

Those participating in the auction are required to submit a deposit of 1/10 of the estimated value of the property, i.e. 87,945.60 PLN no later than the day before the auction in cash or in the form of a savings book from banks authorized under banking law, equipped with the owner's authorization to withdraw the entire deposit according to the court's valid decision on the loss of the deposit or in another manner indicated by the bailiff. Deposits can be paid to the bailiff's account PKO-BP SA 73 1020 4476 0000 8402 0022 0434. Deposits will be returned to the bank account from which they were received.

In the two weeks before the auction, the property can be viewed on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and review the protocol of the property valuation, the expert's valuation report, and the extract from the land register along with a map from the enforcement proceedings in the Bailiff's Office every day except Fridays from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

The rights of third parties will not hinder the auction and the awarding of ownership to the buyer without reservations if these persons do not submit proof before the auction starts that they have filed a lawsuit for exemption from the enforcement of this property or other items seized with it and obtained a ruling suspending the enforcement in this regard. Usufruct, easements, and rights of lifetime, if not disclosed in the land register and not reported no later than three days before the auction starts, will not be taken into account in the further course of enforcement and will expire upon the finalization of the ruling on the awarding of ownership.

In the case of the sale of agricultural property, the provisions of the Act of April 11, 2003 on shaping the agricultural system Dz. U 2003 No. 64, item 592 as amended, and the Act of April 14, 2016 on the suspension of the sale of property from the state treasury's agricultural resources and on the amendment of certain acts Dz.U. of 2016 item 585 will apply.
