1) minimum 0.01;
2) maximum 2.4. On areas marked with the symbol UP, the biologically active area must not occupy less than 10% of the construction plot area.
Currently, the area is located in the Economic Activity Zone of the Pieńsk municipality, which allows for the acquisition of the widest possible range of final operators who will conduct business in the center. The location of the property next to the A4 highway, directly at DK 94 and the proximity to the state border are attributes that will contribute to effective investment in the subject area.
