Wawer is one of the greenest districts of Warsaw, also rated as the most convenient place to live in the capital. This autumn, we will start the presale of the second phase of our Warsaw investment at ul. Przylaszczkowa 17 – Wawer Go 2.0. In the second phase of the Wawer Go 2.0 investment, 148 apartments will be built in 5 low three-story buildings. The apartments designed in them range in size from 38.54 m2 to 88.89 m2, and will have from 1 to 4 rooms. All apartments located on the ground floor will have enclosed gardens of up to 244 m2 in size. On the higher floors, each apartment is provided with a balcony or terrace. The largest apartment measuring 88.89 m2 will be equipped with a spectacular terrace of 52 m2. On the first floor of each building, there will be an underground garage with parking spaces and storage rooms. In Wawer Go 2.0 there will also be a novelty – bicycle boxes that can be purchased together with the apartments. A total of 207 parking spaces, 51 storage rooms and 23 bicycle boxes are planned for all five buildings. Additionally, on the ground floor of one of the buildings, we will be offering for sale a commercial space. The planned completion date for the investment is the 3rd quarter of 2026.
