Get to know the investment - Widok800

Widok800 is the second stage of our project, not far from Szklarska800. Also located at an altitude of 800 m.a.s.l.

In choosing a location for the new investment, we were guided by the same conditions: it had to be exceptional and somewhat secluded, high in the mountains, calm, necessarily with a beautiful view. The investment on Schroniskowa Street neighbors the Karkonosze National Park, at the hiking trail to the summit of Wysoki Kamien. Very close are tracks for cross-country skiers and MTB bikes. From the entire plot there is a beautiful view of the Karkonosze mountain range.

The land development is not exaggerated, the architecture corresponds with the character of the place, it is fully thought out and considered.

The undertaking consists of four small, brick, villa-type attached buildings - 3 above-ground floors and an attic. Each of them has between 10 and 18 functionally designed units, and each has a spacious balcony or terrace. Each unit is assigned a parking space. Having a beautiful view in a beautiful place, each apartment features exceptionally large windows and balcony glazing, highlighting what is most important - THE VIEW of the mountain panorama in a BEAUTIFUL PLACE.

All units have practical layouts and solid construction materials (including prefabricated balconies, elements eliminating thermal bridges in balconies, triple-glazed windows, a solid layer of insulation for the building, Fakro windows of the highest standard).

Our concept is a unique project, our ideas are directed to people seeking peace and tranquility, surrounded by nature, in a BEAUTIFUL PLACE.

We plan to complete the investment by the end of the 4th quarter of 2025.
