The design refers to modernist style, visible in simple and geometric forms. Our project was inspired by the best design traditions known for elegance, attention to detail, and the use of high-quality materials. The facade features clinker tiles in sandy, natural colors combined with white plaster, which contrasts with dark graphite. Lightness is provided by the lattice balcony balustrades and spacious terraces, which run along the entire length of the apartments on the top floor. A carefully designed building layout and unique location ensure that the apartments open up to space, providing a sense of freedom and comfort. Wilkońskich 3 is a thoughtful concept of urban life, where design and nature create a harmonious whole, perfectly fitting into the fabric of dynamically developing Poznań.
