The investment proposed by Ezbud is a modern estate near the city center at Wolczanska Street 248. It consists of four multi-family buildings: two six-story, one four-story, and one five-story.
In the first stage - already put into use, buildings D - four-story and building C - six-story were created. They were designed with apartments ranging from 49 to 73 m2.
