The subject of the offer is a 3-room apartment with an area of 70.21 m², number 47, located on the 3rd floor in the investment Wolne Miasto stage VII.
The Wolne Miasto stage VII estate is situated in Gdansk and has been designed in the shape of a traditional, green town, with a clear layout of internal streets, a representative main avenue, and a city square, in such a way as to preserve and incorporate as much of the existing landscape with its gentle hills, meadows, and old orchard into the planned investment. The estate consists of eight multi-family residential and service buildings adapted in height to the hilly terrain. The buildings are low 3-story structures with representative lobbies and functional, spacious apartments with a height of 2.70 m. The main motif repeated in all buildings is birds. Each building has its name, which is a species of local bird. Photographs of many bird species are also placed inside.

The adopted compositional-functional principle regarding communication creates a clear layout of pedestrian paths and perpendicular paths running between the wings of the buildings, connecting the main axis with entrances to staircases and leading pedestrian paths to streets and parking lots. The designed urban layout allows for a clear distribution of functions within the estate. Service functions have been designed on the ground floors of individual stages along the main pedestrian route and the main city square. The adopted layout of the buildings allows for optimal adaptation to the demanding natural terrain in the investment area.
The Wolne Miasto estate was designed by the architectural studio “ECO-CLASSIC ARCHITECTS” located in Warsaw at Bukowinska 24 A, operating since 1997.

Building

Low, simple construction, elimination of architectural barriers, and the application of the principle of the “golden mean,” which is expressed in the combination of innovation, functionality, and thoughtful solutions, are the advantages of the investment.

Three and four-story residential quarters, situated perpendicular to the main avenue, will have a shape similar to the letter U. This way, inside the quarters, internal courtyards referring to the layout of English gardens have been created - quiet, cozy interiors with varied vegetation, park alleys, and playgrounds for children. On the ground floors of residential buildings, along the main promenade of the estate, there are service and commercial points. The central element of this investment in Gdansk is the Fountain Square, featuring an extraordinary and surprising sculpture - a bronze fountain depicting three horses. It is probably a hundred-year-old replica of a baroque sculpture from the gardens of France.

Bright, neutrally colored facades, stylistically divided into smaller fragments, make them look like groups of separate tenement houses. The extensive development of the estate harmoniously blends with the rich, natural vegetation and the hilly landscape of the surroundings.

STAGES OF THE ESTATE CONSTRUCTION

Wolne Miasto is a project planned for multi-stage implementation. The estate consists of 8 buildings, shaped like the letter “U”.
Stage I - located at Cedrowa 27 was put into use in 2013 and contains 119 apartments.
Stage II - located at Cedrowa 41 was put into use in 2016 and contains 192 apartments.
Stage III - located at Cedrowa 29 was put into use in 2017 and contains 184 apartments.
Stage IV - located at Cedrowa 39 was put into use in 2018 and contains 195 apartments.
Stage V - located at Cedrowa 31 was put into use in 2019 and contains 142 apartments.
Stage VI - located at Cedrowa 37 was put into use in 2023 and contains 141 apartments.
Stage VII - currently in the design phase.

The estate

Wolne Miasto embodies a symbiotic connection between residential functions and the beauty of the natural landscape. Surrounded by mature greenery of trees and shrubs, adjacent to a park and a pond, it is an ideal place for those who value the combination of urban living convenience with contact with nature.

In addition to preserving trees on the estate where many bird species live, we have initiated, in cooperation with the Polish Birds Association, the establishment of nesting boxes and conducting educational workshops for children.

Birds are inseparably linked to the Wolne Miasto estate, also by the fact that the entrances to the staircases are named after their species. The corridors are decorated with images of birds and plaques containing information about them.

Wolne Miasto is a unique estate, spontaneously combining residential functions with respect for exceptional natural resources.
