Before building a building, the plot is subject to the procedure of excluding land from agricultural production at the County Office.

The plot is registered in the land registry as: arable land - RV.
The plot is located within the boundaries of the B conservation protection zone. Partially also in the WIII zone of limited archaeological and conservation protection.
