5. Rules and conditions for dividing land into building plotsProvisions regarding the division of land into building plots are specified in § 13:

- For farm development (RM): minimum 1200 m².
- For individual recreation development (ML): minimum 1000 m².
- For service development (U): minimum 800 m².
- For service development in the field of tourism and collective recreation (UT): minimum 2000 m².
Additional conditions:
Uninvested plots without direct access to public roads are combined with joint development with plots having such access.
It is allowed to designate a plot of smaller area solely for the purpose of legal status regulation, provided that the minimum area of the remaining plot is maintained according to the plan's provisions.
Regarding the finishing of facades, it has been established that:Material uniformity:
All buildings, both new and existing located on the same plot, must use a unified palette of finishing materials for facades and roofing materials.
Colors:
Facades should maintain a color scheme based on light and pastel shades with the possibility of using natural materials such as wood or brick (including natural, unplastered brick).
Prohibitions:
It is prohibited to highlight parts of the facade (especially those containing service functions) in a different color and to use coverings made of corrugated sheet metal, trapezoidal sheet metal, and plastics (such as siding).
