The Mining Housing Cooperative named after St. Staszic in Wodzislaw Sl. informs all interested parties that it has available apartments in developer condition that can be purchased through an auction.

The auction will take place on July 17, 2025, at 1:00 PM at the Cooperative’s headquarters at ul.Kubsza 12 in Wodzislaw Sl.:

– an apartment with a usable area of 60.20 m2 located in Rybnik-Boguszowice at ul. Sztolniowa 20 A/9 starting price is: 278,800.00 PLN + 8% VAT + cost of property valuation and organization of the auction.

Auction participants must pay the required deposit of 2,000.00 PLN for the apartment, by bank transfer to the Cooperative's account No. PKO O/Rybnik 34 1020 2472 0000 6502 0018 4325, no later than on the auction day (payment receipts for deposit must be presented). The bid price at the auction is payable in full before the notarization of the separate ownership and sale of the premises. The cost of notarization and court fee will be borne by the buyer.

The auction procedure will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the applicable act on housing cooperatives. The Cooperative declares that it can cancel the auction without giving any reason at any stage without the right to pursue any claims by the auction participants.
