The project is divided into three stages:

The apartments will feature large glazing and additional spaces such as balconies or gardens. Common areas will include quiet elevators, underground garage, outdoor parking spaces, storage rooms, electric car charging stations, and monitoring.

The location of the New Brewery guarantees easy access to green areas, excellent communication with the city center, and a well-developed commercial-service infrastructure nearby. For those using public transport, there is a bus stop and SKA stations within walking distance.
