Discover Felin, a dynamically developing district of Lublin with great potential for modern residential development and accompanying infrastructure. This unique location on the map of Lublin surprises future residents every year, offering not only functionality and convenience of urban life but above all the charm and tranquility previously associated with suburban areas.
Modern apartments in harmony with nature
Our investment consists of two intimate, three-story buildings offering a total of 143 carefully designed apartments. Modern architecture, large glazing, and elegant white facades harmonize with the surroundings, creating a space full of light and lightness.
Symmetrical recesses, glass balustrades, and metallic accents around the windows give the whole a unique character. Residents have access to modern elevators, underground garages with garage boxes or parking spaces, external parking spaces, and private cellars.
Modern staircases – raw elegance and refined style
The design of the staircases combines concrete finishes, black tiles, and glass and mirrored accents, creating a space with a modern, minimalist character. The natural texture of concrete emphasizes the idea of sustainable design, while the contrast of matte and glossy surfaces adds depth and elegance.
This is the harmony of form, function, and ecology – a carefully designed common space that delights in every detail.
The buildings are designed in a contemporary modernist style, allowing for simple and functional forms while maintaining a unique appearance. The facade of the buildings is characterized by a division of the plane with symmetrical recesses, which, along with the modern appearance of the buildings, gives them harmony.
Large window formats combined with symmetrical cuts of the facade plane harmonize with the layout of the apartments in the building, while large glazing allows for the blurring of the boundary between the interior and the surroundings, perfectly illuminating the living area. Balconies in a rectangular format and glass balustrades introduce lightness and transparency to the building's structure.
The main color of the facade is white, which gives the building elegance and lightness, while the visual entirety of the project is closed with surprisingly metallic color accents around the windows. Comfortable movement between floors is ensured by modern elevators. For the convenience of residents, underground parking with parking spaces and individual garage boxes is planned. Parking spaces are also available in the parking lot near the buildings. Each apartment is provided with a cellar, which allows for relieving the living space of items that are not used daily.
Powered by the sun – care for the planet and lower costs
The buildings will be equipped with a photovoltaic installation, which will produce electricity for the lighting of staircases and underground garages, elevators, and other devices located in the common areas of the building. This is an ecological and cost-effective solution that supports renewable energy sources, reduces carbon footprint, and lowers operating costs.
Greenery and Space: Your Daily Dose of Pleasure
Right next to the investment, a public green area will be created with paths, relaxation zones, plant beds, and an activity square. For children and adults – a linarium, play and relaxation areas. For pets – a safe run. For nature – nesting boxes and an insect hotel.
Proximity to nature, comfort, and activity – every day, right at your doorstep.
And this is just the beginning!
In the next stages of the investment, a streetball court, a skateboard area, and a modern playground for the youngest will be created. This place will be vibrant – it is a place for everyone, regardless of age!
We invite you to an active and joyful life in harmony with nature, without the need to distance yourself from the comforts of your new home.
