I am selling a 48 sqm apartment after a general renovation. The apartment is located at Oswobodzenia 36 in Katowice.
The apartment has a small balcony, tiled, a basement (not included in the area) and access to the attic, which is also insulated and renovated (about 100 sqm). It is located on the 3rd floor of an insulated block, after complete thermal modernization, with a beautiful staircase (see photo). In front of the block, there is spacious parking, always free spots because resident cards and a control system were introduced.
What has been done: all old plaster has been removed and new plaster and gypsum smoothening have been applied throughout the apartment, then painted twice in white. Old floors have been removed, insulation has been made with mineral wool and new boards have been placed, on which panels can be laid. All electrical, water, and sewage installations have been replaced, the bathroom has been enlarged, and connections have been made for water and sewage for the shower, washing machine, sink, and toilet. A new concrete screed has been made in the bathroom - leveled for tiles. All 4 radiators have been replaced along with the valves.
