Business model
Option 1: Live and rent under the Jakubik Premium SPA brand with a standardized approach - available only in the TURNKEY option. This is a very flexible solution for those who want to use their property for hassle-free renting while they do not use it themselves.
This option is related to a 10-year agreement, which you can extend for subsequent years. The property owner can freely use the owner's stay option, even during the high season as part of the agreement.
The agreement covers, among other things, full client service, rental management, administrative-reservation systems, cleaning of the premises, accounting, and marketing.
Option 2: Live and use as you wish. This option is for those who want to use their property solely for themselves. You have complete freedom and relax in your mountain property. You can join the Live and Rent option at any time if your unit meets the Jakubik Premium SPA standard requirements.
Option 3: Fixed return rate of 8%
This option assumes a fixed annual return rate for the apartment owner. The property owner will receive a guaranteed annual fixed return of 8% of the property's value. In this option, the owner's stay is 14 days a year.
The turnkey option includes premium furnishings and interior arrangements in accordance with a unified, professional interior design project of the company FILAR MY PROJECT, covering all units included in the Jakubik Premium SPA investment.
