We have for sale an inherited studio apartment in a block at ul. Sportowa 2.
The apartment is in need of a complete renovation as it has not been used for several years and we, for various reasons, did not want or could not take care of it.

Nevertheless, we invite you to view it - our property has considerable potential as it consists of a spacious room with a sleeping nook and a kitchen. The sleeping nook can be converted into a kitchenette, and the kitchen itself, which is not small, can be converted into a second room and voila (!) we have a two-room apartment!

The kitchen has built-in furniture from the 60s - grandpa made the cabinets himself, although the countertop is more modern as it was tiled with bathroom tiles from the 80s in the early 2000s. On the floor are old, good PVC tiles, nearly indestructible. Everything screams for a complete renovation, unless someone is sentimental.

The bathroom itself leaves much to be desired and we still wonder what our grandmother wanted to achieve by commissioning a renovation of this room, as it is neither functional nor comfortable. But, as I mentioned earlier, everything is in need of renovation.

I consider the hallway to be the most stylish part of our property, we have there sliding built-in wardrobes with felt doors in burgundy color along with a matching board with coat hangers and a tasteful mirror. The floor is covered with carpet and underneath, surprise, PVC tiles.

The windows are plastic and the sills are stone, because when grandparents replaced the windows, they decided to leave the old sills. And it is good, as it adds charm, only they need a bit of refurbishment. The windows, of course, need to be replaced as they have aged.

The room, as you can see in the photos, is spacious, as it is the only room in this apartment. We have a sleeping nook there and an exit to the balcony, on the other side of the room, of course. The floor is made of ancient or pre-flood parquet. But who would worry about the parquet, you can lay a carpet and it will look nice too.

As I mentioned about the balcony, yes, there is one, small but it is. Tiled for a nicer look, and it doesn't look too bad at all. Unfortunately, we took the photos in winter and did not think to snap the balcony. In fact, probably only that unfortunate balcony does not need renovation.

The block was insulated, as you can see in the picture, but when exactly I do not know, well, still. The apartment is on the first floor and has an intercom. Positives, as you can see.

The apartment also includes a cellar, but no one has looked into it for years, so it may contain untold treasures in the form of empty jars, old furniture, or illegal immigrants.

Overall, the apartment is warm in winter and that is a great advantage. It is located at the corner of ul. Sportowa and Struga, so in a convenient communication spot. We spent a significant part of our childhood there, so we want to sell it into good hands. The price is negotiable. We can sell the apartment along with the furniture (museum-quality furniture) or arrange a general clean-up.

Our mother will show you around along with her friend; the ladies prefer morning and early afternoon hours because they have a tight schedule in the afternoon.
