The development project ‘Ligocka Park’ includes the construction of six residential buildings with two local units in a twin-house arrangement in Gliwice at Ligocka Street (land plot no. 736).

Ligocka Street is located on the border of two districts - the Obrońców Pokoju district and the Żerniki district. It is very attractively located in terms of access to green areas – it is situated between Łabędzki Forest and the Culture and Recreation Park.

The investor is already in the process of carrying out construction works related to this investment.

The completion of construction works is planned for September 2026. The transfer of property rights will occur by the end of 2026.

As part of the first stage of the investment, a total of 8 residential units with an area ranging from 85.64 m2 to 137.18 m2 will be created.

The buildings are designed as structures with two above-ground floors (ground floor and first floor with a mezzanine), covered with pitched roofs. Main entrances at ground level with platforms on the northern side. Access to the buildings is also planned from the north.

Each of the designed twin-house buildings is provided with two parking spaces on the hardened areas in front of the buildings - a total of 8 parking spaces for the first stage of the project.
