Jasna 8 in Warsaw (starting price 2,100,000 PLN + 23% VAT). The premises are located on the fifth floor (fourth floor) of an office-residential building, located in Warsaw in the Srodmiescie District and consist of 3 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a toilet. For the residential premises, the District Court for Warsaw - Mokotow X Department of Land and Mortgage Registers maintains the land and mortgage register no. WA4M/00235187/5.

The deadline for submitting offers is by 07.07.2025 at 10:00.

The condition for participating in the auction is the payment of a deposit of 130,000.00 PLN (in words: one hundred thirty thousand zlotys 00/100) as security for the performance of obligations arising from the auction.

The opening of the offers will take place on 07.07.2025 at 12:00 at the NBP headquarters in Warsaw, at ul. Swietokrzyska 11/21.
