Spacious apartment in a tenement house on ul 3 Maja. This is not a "modern" apartment made of paper and gypsum, where you can hear your neighbor flushing the toilet through the wall. Solid pre-war walls made of red brick and reinforced ceilings guarantee privacy and comfort. The building has undergone thermal modernization, and the apartment itself underwent a complete renovation a few years ago, including the replacement of plaster and installations. To put it simply, I did not save on materials. And to preempt questions, it's not easy for me to leave this place, but I decided to stay (as my sons say) a country boy. And I emphasize, these are their words. The apartment has an assigned cellar, and there is also the possibility of parking a car on the premises.

Two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a living room with a kitchenette, plus gas and heating from the municipal network, meaning everything a normal person needs in the city. I will add that from the bathtub you can watch television in the living room. The equipment is maximally practical and well thought out. The furniture is of course offered for purchase.

An additional plus is the location of the apartment on the third floor, allowing for daily cardio training (I especially recommend it with groceries). The money saved on the gym can be allocated to more noble purposes, such as buying a new gaming console, although the possibilities in this respect are unlimited.
