A thorough renovation was carried out in 2018, replacing the electrical and hydraulic systems with modern metering.
In front of the house, we have our garden surrounded by a privet and thuja hedge with a beautiful black pine and a spreading walnut, providing relief during hot weather, along with a wooden swing. The whole plot is covered with a neatly trimmed lawn. It's a great place to relax, disconnect from daily activities, hang a hammock, read a book, and enjoy the tranquility and fragrance of blooming rose bushes.

Access is via a well-maintained, hardened road; the area in front of the house is paved with lattice plates, allowing space for two cars. The property also includes a large basement and two convenient and useful storage compartments of 12 m² each.
