The apartment has two bedrooms, a small and a large one, as well as a living room combined with a kitchenette with direct access to the terrace, although previously there was a started but unfinished winter room that was to be glazed. Therefore, air conditioning, in my opinion, is unnecessary, but it depends on individual preferences; this is just my assessment after 5 years of living there.

In the building, there is a previously mentioned bicycle storage and stroller storage (no storage unit) with a security guard, two elevators: a long rectangular and a short square one, but since this apartment is on the first floors, we owe this coolness in the summer and the winter lacks heating problems. Using these two elevators is sporadic but very helpful for everyday shopping or walks with a stroller.

The apartment is perfect for a couple, students, or a family in the future - in a word, a development opportunity both in terms of the location and the area with developed infrastructure. Right in front of the exit from the gate, a so-called "Henrykowski Park with WBO" is to be built; they have already demolished the old PKP shacks that were there, and until the park is built, it is still an ideal square for walks with dogs and other pleasures among greenery, albeit wild but still urban and pleasant.

Nearby are two parks (Eastern and Tarnogajski), the PKP station, the largest Wroclaw Aquapark, and recently a connection to the Grunwaldzki square neighborhood thanks to the road reconstruction on the viaduct along the route to Opole, so getting to the ZOO is much faster than a few years ago; getting to the market from Jesionowa is also easy.

Nearby tram and bus communication, stop "Kamienna".

In the area, there are schools, kindergartens, nurseries, dentists, convenience stores, personal training, gyms, outside the estate a pearl hall, Kaufland, Biedronka, KFC, McDonald's, Maxizoo, and many others that it makes no sense to remember and list here; in summary, everything is close.
