All finishing works in the building have been completed. Therefore, spending the next holiday in a new apartment will not be burdensome, e.g., because of a neighbor finishing their apartment.

Location

Dzwirzyno - a town located only 10 km from the largest Polish resort - Kolobrzeg, lives its own, relaxed life. Formerly a fishing village, immersed in a pine dune forest, whose wide belt encourages walks on the Baltic beach. Today a tourist oasis, with a dune nature reserve established in 2017 and the EuroVelo R-10 European cycling route around the Baltic. Here, during the tourist season, informed residents escape from the hustle and bustle of crowded Kolobrzeg beaches. A charming fishing harbor with several traditional boats and a modern yacht marina completed in 2020 confirm the leisure character of the town.
