It has a small balcony. It is located on the fifth floor of a large panel building. The building has two elevators, one for passengers and one more spacious (there will be no problem during moving). The apartment comes with a basement, and on the ground floor, there is a bike room that can be safely used.

An absolutely unique feature of the apartment is the view it offers. Behind the windows stretches several kilometers of space devoid of higher buildings, dominated by greenery and the Dolinka Sluzewiecka park. Besides the joy for the eyes, it has the advantage that there is no need to worry about covering the windows - there is no one to look inside anyway. The apartment has an eastern orientation, is beautifully lit in the first half of the day, and does not overheat in the highest afternoon heat. The building, being a large panel one, retains the temperature well. We practically did not turn the radiators.

The apartment has not undergone major renovations for 15 years, so buyers can finish and furnish it to their liking.

The apartment's location is also ideal for many reasons: 5 min from Ursynow metro station, next to schools, kindergartens, sports fields, tracks, swimming pools, and tennis courts. Around there are several fantastic playgrounds: 1. shaded by wonderful large trees near the housing estate; 2. new, wooden, natural on the other side of Dolinka; 3. the famous playground with dinosaurs. And also parks: the aforementioned Dolinka Sluzewiecka, but also Kopa Cwila, and in the opposite direction the park by SGGW and the wild Ursynow Escarpment. Within a few minutes' walk, there are grocery stores, a choice of greengrocers, bakeries, pharmacies, Rossmann, parcel machines, Sluzewski Cultural Center, Ursynowski Art House, several dining establishments (sushi, Indian, kebab, cafe). Below the building, there are many parking spaces; in all these years, the only times we had to park further away were when we came during a school meeting (where "further" means at the entrance from KEN, a few minutes from the building).

Disadvantages:

• Proximity to Dolina Sluzewiecka (the street). It is not directly under the windows, so there is no problem with exhaust smoke, but it can be heard - in winter it is not bothersome, in summer with open windows the noise is.
