About the investment

Ulica Staszica will consist of three five-story buildings with elevators, storage rooms and parking spaces and family garages.

All blocks will be equipped with photovoltaic installations. In the previous stage, 100 apartments were built.

In the currently implemented second stage, 68 modern apartments will be created: 1-4 rooms with an area of from 34 to 82 square meters.

Ulica Staszica is, aptly, the Szamotuly "sports center". A short walk separates us from the municipal stadium, sports hall, swimming pool, and year-round tennis courts. This distance can also be covered in a minute by bike - of course, along the bike path along Sportowa Street.
