It is with great regret that I am selling a 90m2 apartment in the Bacieczki estate. The apartment is really amazing and has just been renovated, but not for sale, rather for ourselves - we did everything to keep this apartment in the family, but unfortunately it didn't work out. The apartment is made of very good materials (everything is described in detail below). The apartment is almost ready to move in, it just lacks a fridge, washer/dryer, bed for the main bedroom, and a sofa.

Note: The apartment will be available for viewing from July 26. Until July 24 I will be on vacation and have very limited access to the phone.

Estate

Many people were once afraid of this estate, I had the same concern many years ago, but when I first moved here, I changed my mind, and if I had to live in the city again, it would only be in this estate (I have lived here twice). The estate has many playgrounds, large distances between buildings (neighbors do not see what is happening in the apartment). The estate is safe and clean. There is literally everything in the estate, it is like a small, pleasant, and self-sufficient town right next to Bialystok with very convenient and traffic-free access to the city. There are no parking problems. I strongly encourage you to come and see for yourself.

Apartment

The apartment is 90m2; when we moved from a 45m2 apartment, we truly thrived. There is a lot of space. The apartment was largely renovated at the end of 2024. The renovation was not done "cheaply" - initially, we had different plans for this apartment, but ultimately we decided to sell it. The only things that have not been done are the kitchen and bathroom furniture replacements, but still, they are in good condition.

The apartment has a very large terrace, approximately 13m2, where even a small pool for kids stood. The building is far enough away from other buildings that no one sees what is happening inside, so there is no need to cover with curtains (in fact, they were removed over the last few years and we just put them back up now).

Rooms

  • a large and comfortable kitchen, over 9m2. Long stone countertop. Equipped with electric oven, gas stove, dishwasher, hood, and of course furniture. It only lacks a fridge and two chairs for the table.
  • bathroom over 6m2. Very comfortable and large bathtub. Favorite place for kids to play, they fit comfortably and there was still room to play. Stone countertop, concealed fixtures. Underfloor heating and a radiator with an electric heater - it can be turned on when the central heating is not running yet.
  • room (children's) - created by combining two smaller rooms (8m2 and 10m2) into a large one with two windows and an area of over 18m2. The room has wooden furniture. There is a possibility to divide this room into two smaller ones (as it was initially), but I definitely recommend leaving it as is. The rooms are fully furnished.
  • main bedroom - with an area of over 13m2. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe in perfect condition. It only lacks a bed. The room is large enough to fit a big bed of 180x200cm and a desk of 150x80cm.
  • living room - 24m2, fully furnished, it just lacks a sofa. The living room is connected by a huge entrance to the hall, creating a whole. The living room has a very large window (3.3m long) leading to the terrace. The living room has wooden built-in furniture, wooden table, and 6 chairs.
  • hall - on the plan, it seems that the hall takes up a lot of space, but in fact, it is a part where a lot happens in the home; it is not a typical hall to just walk through, but rather a space where the kids played, where the daughter's playpen stood, laundry to dry, etc. So even though it is spacious, it is not wasted space but a kind of shared area for games and utility. The hall is "divided" into two parts, the visible part for all guests and the "private" part near the bedroom. In this second part, there is a bookshelf for books, games, albums, etc. Fully furnished.
  • wardrobe-pantry - with an area of 2m2. Fully furnished. There is space for a washer and dryer. The wardrobe is far enough from the bedroom that doing laundry at night does not disturb sleep.
  • terrace over 13m2

Finish:

The apartment is made of natural materials of very high quality (mainly wood and stone) that will retain their properties for many, many years, and even if something happens, each of them can be renewed.

  • wooden floor made of Merbau wood. The floor was sanded almost a year ago, and since then it has not been used. The floor looks amazing. It cannot be compared to any other laminated floors, etc. Nothing creaks, and it is perfectly level and warm.
  • stone countertops (pure stone, not stone-like) in the kitchen and bathroom. The countertops are resistant to almost everything, and hot pots can be placed on them.
  • wooden doors with glazing
  • extendable wooden table from Kler, plus 6 wooden chairs for this table (they are not visible in the pictures, we need to bring them to the apartment). They will be available in the next few days.
  • furniture in the living room is wooden
  • furniture in the children's room is wooden
  • heated floor in the bathroom!!!

Building/estate:

The building is located in a closed and monitored estate. Above the entrance to my staircase is a camera, all parking areas are also monitored. Only residents move around the estate, making it very safe. Many children ride bicycles and play in three playgrounds. Despite this, the apartment is situated in such a way that noise is not heard even with open windows and terrace doors. The street in front of the building is not busy, and noise does not come from it - one can sleep soundly with open windows (the windows have mosquito nets).

Extras:

  • the apartment has a cellar (I do not remember the dimensions but it's quite spacious)
  • we also have a garage for two cars. We prefer not to sell it, but it is an option if necessary. Access from the garage through the stairs in the building. The provided price does not include the garage's price.
  • the apartment has very nice lighting, many light points, both functional and decorative
  • curtains in the bedrooms and kitchen, Roman curtain in the living room, curtains in the bedrooms and living room
  • walls painted with ceramic paint - easy to clean, the apartment was completely repainted and plastered at the end of 2024. The walls are perfectly clean.
