The floor has been entirely replaced (insulation + screeds) established one level throughout the apartment without reducing its height. The walls have been fully cleaned and coated with a thick, min. 4cm layer of mineral plaster enriched with powdered oak bark.
The plaster system was developed in cooperation with the company Baumit. The purpose of the plaster is to ensure a microclimate in the apartment, increasing thermal and acoustic insulation; additionally, due to the content of suberin, the material is hypoallergenic and antibacterial. It has antistatic properties that prevent the accumulation of dust on the surface. All of this makes it an ideal choice also for allergy sufferers. The ingredients contained in the plaster are mold and mildew-resistant. Excess moisture in the apartment is absorbed and accumulated. In dry air, the plaster releases the collected moisture free of any mold and fungal spores. Finally, it will be painted with breathable mineral paints, free of silicones, acrylics, and health-damaging agents.
Ceilings made of drywall suspended on a traditional frame of UD30 and CD60 profiles, covered with smoothing compound and painted with mineral paint.
The electrical installation is entirely new, including the connection to the energy consumption meter. It has been changed from 1 to 3-phase (400v), allowing for connection of an induction hob powered by strength and enabling charging of electric cars. Additionally, the installation has several independent lighting zones. Wires with 66 lighting output points are prepared for personal arrangement and configuration, with the possibility of moving lighting to any point on the ceiling. Light switches are not connected directly to the power supply of the lighting. They are independent, configurable, and can be installed anywhere on the wall without the need for drilling, chiseling, or moving power supply wires. This is a remarkable solution that facilitates rearranging and personalizing room arrangements.
The bedroom with access to the balcony has been created for complete silence; besides the acoustic plaster and floor, it is equipped with a window and door with an additional soundproofing layer, reducing noise by 45-50dB. Furthermore, there are 9 hidden ceiling lighting points divided into 3 zones, for personal arrangement. The entrance door to the bedroom (ECLISSE) is sliding, hidden in the cassette (wall).
The living room with an open kitchen and hall allows for placing a dining table with chairs and a 5-person corner sofa across which, according to the project, we hang a TV. There are 36 lighting supply points hidden in the ceiling, divided into 4 independent zones.
Bright kitchen, with a window, open to the living room, with a custom-made annex with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, and heating plate. There are 9 hidden lighting points in the ceiling with 1 zone.
The office can be used as a child's room, or also as a large wardrobe. It has 5 lighting points, 2 zones. Entrance to the room through a door (ECLISSE) sliding, hidden in the wall.
The bathroom is adapted for the placement of a washing machine and dryer in a column. Low shower tray (SWISSMEYER) 4cm 90x90 with vertical drainage. Built-in WC (GEBERIT). Above the sink is a backlit mirror with an anti-fogging function. 2 sockets 230V at the mirror, one socket at the floor for connecting cleaning devices. The bathroom is heated by a ladder radiator powered by municipal heating, additionally equipped with underfloor heating with its own regulator. 5-point lighting, 2 zones. The entrance door to the bathroom (PORTA) is so-called hidden, without flanges. They are incorporated and painted with the wall in the living room.
Due to ongoing work, there is a possibility of personal interior arrangement, according to individual preferences or personal project. That is, freedom in choosing floor tiles, bathroom tiles, furniture, lighting, and wall colors.
