Kosocicka Forest is a complex of single-family houses in twin housing located in the southern district of Krakow - Podgorze Duchackie. The investment is in a unique ecological area of Słona Woda covering 13.53 ha - an extraordinary water ecosystem, reed marsh springs, sandy grasslands, and forests.
The Kosocicka Forest complex consists of 18 twin houses and one detached twin-family house (a total of 38 residential units). Our priority was to create a functional design that provides maximum comfort for future residents, allowing as close a connection with nature as possible.
