Our offer includes 38 apartments in four types of layouts:

  • 4-room apartments on the ground floor with a garden in the second building line under Rzha Forest - available in two size variants: 78.27 m² or 87.22 m² (one unit of this size), also with a garage attached to the building,
  • 6-room duplex apartments with an additional mezzanine and terrace in the second building line - have a surface parking space and the right to exclusive use of a garden located in front of the building. They are located on the first floor and usable attic, offering space of 121.76 m² or 125.27 m² (one unit of this size),
  • 7-room duplex apartments with an extraordinary terrace and balcony in the first building line under Rzha Forest - offer comfortable conditions over an area of 171.73 m², with a garage attached to the building, a utility room at level 0, and the right to exclusive use of a garden located in front of the building. They are located on the first floor and usable attic.

Residential units will be delivered in a developer's state including, among others:

Gardens:

Ground floor apartments will have access to private gardens of varying sizes - from 60 m² to 270 m². The gardens will be exclusively for the owners, and their boundaries will be marked with fencing and also - from the external side, adjacent to Rzha Forest - with low vegetation, ensuring an additional sense of comfort. For residential units on upper floors, smaller gardens are planned at the entrances to the units.

Terraces:

All duplex apartments will have access to additional surface in the form of terraces ranging from 14.19 m² to 21.24 m². Their arrangement will guarantee maximum comfort of use and uninterrupted views of the beautiful old-growth forest of Rzha Forest.

Parking spaces:

All ground floor apartments and duplex apartments of 171 m² have dedicated spaces in self-contained garages built into the building structure. For duplex units with an area of 121-126 m², dedicated surface parking spaces have been allocated.
