The plot is located on the southern side of the town of Dywity, access from Olsztyńska Street via a dirt road, the last 250 m of the access road is currently not arranged and is overgrown with self-seeded plants.

Available utilities: water supply and sewage network approximately 250m away, the energy operator has provided assurance of connection execution.
