The tenant covers fees to the community (currently about 680 PLN for 1 person or 800 PLN for 2 people, including periodically settled costs for heating, water, and sewage), electricity monthly according to usage (on average 100-150 PLN) and the cost of internet access (40 PLN/month). A deposit of 2 months' rent. Rent is payable in advance.
