Kosocicka Forest is a neighborhood of single-family houses in twin-family construction, located in the southern district of Krakow - Podgorze Duchackie. The investment is in a unique ecological area of Słona Woda covering 13.53 ha - an extraordinary aquatic ecosystem, swamp source wetlands, sandy grasslands, and forests.
The Kosocicka Forest neighborhood consists of 18 twin-family houses and one standalone twin-family house (in total 38 residential units). Our priority was to create a functional project that ensures maximum comfort for future residents and facilitates the closest contact with nature.
This investment is distinguished by its unique architecture inspired by the traditional form of Polish construction - modern barns are minimalist buildings made of high-quality materials, with a lot of glazing and functional layouts. For residential units on upper floors, smaller gardens are planned near the entrances to the units.

All two-level apartments will have access to additional space in the form of terraces ranging from 14.19 m² to 21.24 m². Their arrangement will guarantee maximum comfort of use and an uninterrupted view of the beautiful old-growth forest of the Rzhanetski Forest.

All ground floor apartments and two-level apartments of 171 m² have dedicated spaces in independent garages built into the structure of the building. For two-level units of 121-126 m², dedicated surface parking spaces are provided.
