The Kosocicka Forest neighborhood consists of 18 twin-family houses and one standalone twin-family house (in total 38 residential units). Our priority was to create a functional project that ensures maximum comfort for future residents and facilitates the closest contact with nature.

This investment is distinguished by its unique architecture inspired by the traditional form of Polish construction - modern barns are minimalist buildings made of high-quality materials, with a lot of glazing and functional layouts. They also feature ecological solutions: heating in the form of air heat pumps, recovery, and technical preparation for the installation of photovoltaics for residential units located on the upper floors and usable attic. Each unit will have triple-glazed windows with contacts, ensuring optimal thermal and acoustic conditions.

Our offer includes 38 apartments in four layout types:

• 4-room apartments on the ground floor with a garden in the first line of buildings by the Rzhanetski Forest – offer spacious interiors with an area of 99.40 m², with a garage in the structure of the building,
• 4-room apartments on the ground floor with a garden in the second line of buildings by the Rzhanetski Forest – available in two area variants: 78.27 m² or 87.22 m² (one unit of this size), also with a garage in the structure of the building,
• 6-room two-level apartments with an additional mezzanine and terrace in the second line of buildings – have a surface parking space and the right to exclusive use of the garden in front of the building. Located on the first floor and usable attic, offering space with an area of 121.76 m² or 125.27 m² (one unit of this size),
• 7-room two-level apartments with an extraordinary terrace and balcony in the first line of buildings by the Rzhanetski Forest – offer comfortable conditions with an area of 171.73 m², with a garage in the structure of the building, a utility room at level 0, and the right to exclusive use of the garden in front of the building. Located on the first floor and usable attic.

The residential units will be delivered in developer's standard covering among others:

For residential units on upper floors, smaller gardens are planned near the entrances to the units.

Terraces:

All two-level apartments will have access to additional space in the form of terraces ranging from 14.19 m² to 21.24 m². Their arrangement will guarantee maximum comfort of use and an uninterrupted view of the beautiful old-growth forest of the Rzhanetski Forest.

Parking spaces:

All ground floor apartments and two-level apartments of 171 m² have dedicated spaces in independent garages built into the structure of the building. For two-level units of 121-126 m², dedicated surface parking spaces are provided.
