I have the pleasure to present to you a 2-room apartment with an area of 60.07m2, located on the first floor of a two-story, pre-war tenement house, in the very center of Bydgoszcz.

The tenement underwent revitalization a few years ago, which included the roof renovation, the facade from the street - it gained a nice, light gray color scheme. The renovation also included the staircase, which has been renovated and painted.

During the renovation, the following works were carried out:

- the electrical installations were replaced with copper ones with new type protections - separate for the kitchen and bathroom and separate for the rooms;
- in the bathroom, light, neutral tiles on the walls and an angular bathtub (still in perfect condition), a suspended sink with a cabinet - white, lacquered with two drawers, a Geberit toilet on a frame, an angular shower cabin, semi-circular with a diameter of 80cm;
- the windows were replaced with PVC (in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom double-glazed, in the bedroom facing the street triple-glazed) with conglomerate sills (nice, light gray);
- the water and sewage installations in the kitchen and bathroom were replaced;
- a dual-function gas boiler was installed, providing heat to the radiators and heating domestic water.

Additionally, 3 years ago, new built-in cabinets were installed in the kitchen in light beige color, lacquered with soft-close. The kitchen includes the following appliances, which remain and are included in the price of the apartment: under-counter dishwasher, washer-dryer, gas cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, black modern hood, and a black conglomerate sink with a modern faucet.

APARTMENT LAYOUT:
1/ upon entering through the anti-burglary door, we find ourselves in the hallway (about 2m2) with space for a dresser and coat hooks;

Additionally, gas is paid according to consumption from the meter (in winter about 450 PLN, and in summer about 100-150 PLN/month) and electricity according to consumption.

In the building, a Housing Community managed by ADM has been established. The community is active - plans to renovate the courtyard and the facade from the courtyard.
