The apartment building is very well connected to the center of Chorzow, 5 minutes to the Silesian Park, great access to DTŚ (500m). Getting to Katowice takes 10 minutes, to Gliwice 20 minutes.

The apartment includes a storage room (included in the rent price). There is also an optional possibility to rent a place in an underground garage for a separate fee (300zł).

Rent price: 2550 PLN/month + administrative fees (czynsz 680.00 PLN/month) + utilities according to consumption.
