THE MAYOR OF THE CITY KUDOWA-ZDROJ announces III open oral auction for the sale of residential local no. 1, located in a residential building on the ground floor, consisting of a room, kitchen, bathroom, WC with an area of 33.59 m2, along with an ancillary room of 1.74 m2 - basement, along with the sale of a share in the ownership of the land property in the amount of 2419/10000 (24.19%) at ul. Zdrojowa 2, in the Zakrze district, Kudowa-Zdroj municipality, plot number 451/10, Am-3 with an area of 324 m2, land register no. SW1K/00044747/7. The land property - plot no. 451/10, Am-3, is located in the area marked in the spatial development plan B-15MN/MP/UR/U, low-intensity housing, guesthouse housing, craft services, other services. The property is free from encumbrances and debts. The auction will take place on September 12, 2025, at 9:00 in room no. 13, at the City Hall in Kudowa-Zdroj. The condition for participation in the auction is the payment of a deposit of 20% of the starting price, i.e. 33,590.00 PLN, transferred to account No. 82 9523 1011 0312 53******* 0020 Bank Spoldzielczy Klodzko, Kudowa-Zdroj branch no later than September 8, 2025. The timely payment is considered the date of receipt to the municipality's account. The deposit paid by the buyer of the property is credited towards the purchase price of the property. The auction participant must present to the auction committee an identity document and: in the case of persons other than natural persons, it is additionally necessary to present a current document (original) indicating authorization to represent that entity, and if a proxy acts, it is necessary to present a power of attorney; in the case of spouses for conducting auction activities, the presence of both spouses or one of them with the appropriate power of attorney (original) of the other spouse is required - this also applies to natural persons conducting business activity; persons married, intending to acquire property from separate property are obliged to submit a relevant statement; in the case of persons having property separation, the presentation of such a document in the form of a notarial deed (original); in the case of proxies of natural persons, apart from the cases indicated above, it is necessary to present a power of attorney (original); in the case of foreigners who are not citizens or entrepreneurs of the member states of the European Economic Area, it is necessary to present a promise of permission to acquire real estate (promise). The auction may be canceled for justified reasons.
