Parking space is available on the street next to the tenement house.

Community fees are about 1500 PLN in winter, 900 PLN in summer + utility settlements. The tenant pays for the internet themselves. The apartment is available from May 1st.

The price applies to renting for a maximum of 4 people in the apartment.
