Information regarding the plot: - location: Mikołów, Słowicza 5 - KW 39726 - plot number: 884/17 - single-family development in accordance with the local spatial development plan – 140 MN This is the last undeveloped plot located at ul. Słowicza 5 (a dead-end street ending at the nature reserve Wzgórze Kamionka). The area where the property is located is outside the mining area (we have a letter from the District Mining Office).
