Provisions regarding the minimum area of newly designated building plots: 1) for residential development in the arrangement: a) free-standing: 700 m2; b) semi-detached: - for areas: D95.MN, D98.MN, D103.MN, D111.MN, E10.MN, E12.MN, E15.MN, E19.MN - 500m2; - for other areas: 600 m2; c) residential: 1500m2.
