The rules for shaping development in the areas mentioned in paragraph 1 are established (subject to the provisions contained in § 9 and § 30): 1) building height: a) for garages – must not exceed 7.0 m, b) for other buildings in areas 19-21MN3 – must not exceed 9.0 m, c) for other buildings in areas not mentioned in paragraph 5 point 1 lit. a - b – must not exceed 9.5 m, d) for other construction objects – no specification is provided, 2) in areas 16-21MN3 – roofs of buildings must be gable or multi-gable, with the same slope angle of 37°-45° with permissible gables and eaves and of the same length of opposite slopes; partial lowering of the eaves by no more than 1/3 of the length of the eaves is allowed, 3) in other areas – roofs of buildings must be gable or multi-gable, with the same angle of inclination of the main roof slopes 30°-45°, 4) for residential and farm buildings, the ridge of the gable roof must be parallel to the longer side of the building; the length of the highest ridge in the case of multi-gable roofs should not be less than 1/3 of the length of the entire roof (subject to points 5 and 6), 5) dormers may have flat roofs with an angle of inclination equal to or less than the angle of the main roof slopes, 6) flat roofs are allowed for garages, farm buildings, porch coverings, shelters, 7) dormers may be illuminated with dormer windows or roof windows. Roofs of dormers may not connect, 8) the use of roof slopes shifted vertically or horizontally is prohibited, 9) the color scheme of the facades and roofs of buildings: a) walls – light tones; for wooden, ceramic, and stone elements – no specification is provided, b) roofs – black, graphite, red, dark green, brown; for wooden and turf elements – no specification is provided.
