Szelag beach by the Warta River and Cytadela Park within a short walk, Old Town and Center about 15 minutes by bus, numerous shops in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment is partially furnished. The kitchen is furnished with a stove, oven, and refrigerator. The bathroom has a bathtub and a new washing machine.
