I have for sale a cozy two-level apartment with an area of 74 m² located at 22 Opolska Street in Chorzów.
In the vicinity are residential buildings - single-family and multi-family, additionally, the estate is fully self-sufficient: commercial service points, Lewiatan (300 m.), a neighborhood store (200 m.), school and kindergarten (approx. 800m.), post office (300 m.), etc.

The renovation work in the living room and the RTV room included painting the walls, replacing the window sills, replacing panels, replacing the stairs leading to the upper floor, replacing light fixtures, and installing double-wing massive sliding doors from the well-known company Reno model Angel – thanks to this solution, the TV room can serve both as an open space connected to the living room and as an individual, closed room, which is an extraordinary convenience, for example in case of needing to accommodate guests.
The renovation work on the upper floor of the apartment included painting the walls, replacing the window sill in the study, replacing panels, and replacing doors.
The electrical installation was modernized to accommodate the installation of halogens and the creation of additional light points and electrical outlets in the apartment (all existing electrical sockets and light switches were replaced).
The building forms an intimate housing cooperative that cares for the immediate surroundings and each other. The entrance to the building is secured with an intercom.
In summary:
