The house was built in 2004 from suporex with a thickness of 30 cm, and insulated with 10 cm of polystyrene.

Heating of the house:

In the boiler room, there is a functioning furnace from 7/8 years ago for EKO coal.
The heating furnace DEFRO komfort eko 20 heats the house by burning less than 3 tons per year.

The house is connected to a septic tank.


Plot:

The plot on which the house stands is as much as 2184 m2. On a rectangle measuring 31 m x 70 m there is a house, a free-standing additional garage, and a carport.
Behind the house in the garden area, there are deciduous and fruit trees. From the garden area, there is a functional drain for rainwater outside the plot.

Location:

The house is located in Korzecko. It is a beautiful place with a centuries-old history closely related to the castle in Chęciny.
The town stretches to the south along the densely forested mixed forests of the Korzeckowskie Hills, which is one of the ranges of the Holy Cross Mountains. Interestingly, the entire range is intersected by various deep ravines and rock formations, fitting into the characteristic landscape of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship.

To the north and east (as seen from the windows of the house), the area indirectly borders the elevation of Sosnówka and the reserve Góra Rzepka, where the popular GEO PARK is located, integrated into the already inactive quarry.

Nearby flows the Hutka River, and not far away is the reservoir and recreational bathing area Bolmin.

At a distance of 1800 m in a straight line is the castle in Chęciny.

Chęciny is a vibrantly developing commune very favorable for those seeking peaceful family and business life. It takes only 15 minutes to get to Kielce, and 6 minutes to the S7 road connecting the sea with the mountains.

Chęciny is a well-developed infrastructurally city. The newly established kindergarten with a nursery, police station, network of bike paths, city park with playgrounds is just a fraction of what Chęciny can offer. Rich in cultural and historical events, this place allows for building closer social ties, which are currently lacking.
