According to Art. 19a sec. 2 of the Act on tenant rights protection, residential resources of municipalities and amending the Civil Code, the occasional rental agreement must include the following documents:
- declaration of the tenant in the form of a notarial deed, in which the tenant submitted to enforcement and undertook to vacate and hand over the premises used under the occasional rental agreement;
- indication by the tenant of another premises in which they will be able to reside in case of enforcement of the obligation to vacate the premises;
