The structure is the most important element of any building, which is why our buildings are designed and built on full, traditional, reinforced foundations over 1m deep (not just a slab on the ground). The ceilings are made using reinforced concrete technology (monolithic).
This ensures that our buildings are very stable even after many years compared to cheaper buildings on just a slab or laid ceilings (e.g. teriva). This is especially important in Silesia.
Low heating, operating, and finishing costs
Our apartments have been designed and built according to the latest WT2021 standard with energy-saving materials such as ceramic block (red) and high insulation standard (3-glazed windows + increased thickness of thermal insulation, passive doors) with low heating bills in mind. Additionally, the optimal area of the apartments promotes low heating and finishing costs.
