!!!! What Creates a Fairy Tale Residence? !!!!

Although for simplicity we call this property a residence, it is, as mentioned above, a complex of buildings that create a harmonious and functional whole:

1. RESIDENTIAL BUILDING

The main point of the property is the residential building situated on a slight elevation. It is a single-story (with usable attic) brick building with a gable roof, maintained in a rustic style. Nevertheless, it was built with modern materials and using new technologies. The building has a usable area of about 150m. The current owners have also taken care of ecology by using renewable energy sources such as photovoltaic panels with an unusual power of over 10kW (10kW + five additional panels). The solutions applied make the building extremely economical to maintain, and its operation is practically maintenance-free.

2. GUEST HOUSE

Nearby we find another gem of this beautiful homestead, namely the guest house (with a utility part). This is an excellent place to run a small agritourism or to host our guests or family. The whole is maintained in a similar style to the first building, but with an even greater emphasis on rustic style and natural materials (many wooden elements, exposed roof structure). On the ground floor, we find a relaxation center and the main place of domestic life, namely a living room with a kitchenette. 3. GAZEBO WITH BRICK GRILL

An important point of our journey through this property is the gazebo, which is a place for summer, spring, autumn, and even winter gatherings. Practically throughout the year we can enjoy the charm of this place. The gazebo is built from solid wooden elements, the roof is covered with traditional tiles, and the brick elements are made of red brick. While staying here, we can use the brick grill or smoker while admiring the small but beautiful pond nearby. For traditionalists, we also find places for a bonfire.

4. LAND, SMALL ARCHITECTURE, AND NATURE

This wonderful property would not exist without the land that ties everything together into one charming whole. The plot on which this residence is located has an area of 17300m.
