4. All building plots in the area of compact development must have individual or collective sources of heat supply sufficient for proper use in accordance with the function, with a recommendation to use gas, electricity, low-sulfur heating oil, or renewable energy sources.

2. The realization of publicly accessible parking in road strips on areas marked with destination symbols: KG, KZ, KL, KD, is allowed under the conditions specified in separate regulations and in agreement with the managers of those roads.
