As I mentioned earlier, the property is located by national road no. 20 on the Bytow - Koscierzyna route in the village of Nakla. This village is located in the Parchowo commune, in the Bytow county. In Nakla, there is a primary school and commercial facilities. Along the national road, there is a single service building.

The area of the plot is almost 12,000 m²! The property is not covered by the local spatial development plan. In 2014, the Mayor of the Parchowo commune issued a decision on the conditions of development, establishing conditions for an investment involving the construction of a warehouse building with an office-social part.

- the geometry of the roof - gable roof, with a slope angle of about 12 degrees,

Additionally, the area of the property in the study of conditions and directions of spatial development of the Parchowo commune is marked as areas with larger production and economic facilities. It is worth mentioning that the land is class 6.

As for utilities, the power box is already on the plot. The water and telecommunications lines are located at the boundary of the plot.
