In the areas mentioned in paragraph 2, the following is allowed: 1) internal exchange of functions or adaptation of existing functions to market requirements or creating new forms of activity at the intersection of production and services as well as production and science (business incubators, high technology centers, etc.), 2) the location of large-volume commercial-service facilities with a sales area exceeding 2000 m² and commercial services including gas stations, 3) the operation of existing buildings until the realization of the basic function with the possibility of renovating them only to improve the utility standard, 4) the location of networks and technical infrastructure devices not foreseen in the plan drawing in the amount necessary for user needs, as well as other devices and facilities related to the basic function, 5) the possibility of ownership transformations in the area designated in the plan drawing by boundary lines, ensuring proper communication service through the internal road network and equipping with technical infrastructure, 6) corrections of internal divisions of the entire area excluded by boundary lines or its part, provided that external relations are maintained and the interests of third parties are not violated. 4. All activities conducted in designated AG areas must not violate the provisions applicable to spatial policy zones in which they are located.
